Four doors

Which one sounds like you?

Two questions sort it: are you here for you, or for your business — and do you want to learn it, or have it done?

Learn it — for you

Get better with AI.

One-on-one coaching. What AI can do, how to work with it, where it fits your work. We build, over your shoulder or mine.

Done for you — your business

Get it built.

AI employees, working in your business — leads answered, follow-up sent, reporting done. Runs even when you don't.

Book a build call

AI you drive, or AI that runs without you — every door starts with a call.

You've used ChatGPT. Now what?

There was no class. You're not behind — you're early. So I'm building the series: free, live, online — every session a first session on one thing, hands-on.

No dates yet, on purpose — I run the one the most people ask for first.

04 / The offer
The offer

Better you. Better AI. Better business.

You already pay for ChatGPT or Claude — right now it's a smart intern with no idea what your business does. I turn it into a team of AI specialists, built around how you actually work, inside the tools you already use.

Think of it less like a tool you reach for, more like a colleague you train. Once you've shown it your business, your voice, the way you think, it stops giving generic answers and starts working like the teammate you wish you had. And when you want it deeper than a colleague — follow-up, intake, reporting, running without you — I build that too.

The concrete outcomes

What ends up running differently.

You bring you — your inbox, your proposals, your week. That's the raw material. Four outcomes every client ends up with, in different mixes, on different timelines.

Reporting that doesn't depend on you remembering
  • Conversion by source, live
  • Pipeline by revenue line, at a glance
  • Capacity and utilization without the spreadsheet
  • The numbers your CPA wants, ready before they ask
Legal protection that runs itself
  • Compliance checks before contracts go out
  • Audit trails on the things that need them
  • Document retention without the manual sort
  • The small mistakes that cost real money — flagged first
A business consultant on call
  • Knows your numbers, capacity, and patterns
  • Answers the “should I take this deal” call at 11pm
  • Briefs you before every meeting
  • Doesn't have a billing meter
You and your team, moving twice as fast
  • Inbox triaged before you sit down
  • Proposals drafted in your voice in 20 minutes
  • Research that took an afternoon takes 15 minutes
  • Same multiplier, every person you employ

This is what better with AI actually looks like.

06 / The window
The thing nobody says

The thing nobody says about AI right now.

Will AI take some jobs? Yes.

Will it take all jobs? No.

The honest answer is the one nobody's saying: the workforce is already shrinking. Demographics, retirement, the cost of good talent — every owner I work with feels it. The ones winning the next decade aren't replacing their people. They're making the people they have exponentially more capable.

That's the leg up.

The owners who don't engage aren't going to disappear overnight. They're going to spend the next year watching competitors close deals faster, follow up tighter, ship campaigns sooner, and run leaner teams — and they won't be sure why.

AI literacy is the new digital literacy. Five years from now it's table stakes. Right now, it's the moat.

The window to build it is open. It won't be open forever.

The person behind it

About Dan.

I'm Dan Rios. 20+ years running businesses — customer, owner, marketing director, automation builder, AI. I work with pro athletes and the agencies that insure them, and I'm building StaffCloud — the AI operating layer service businesses are going to run on.

I take a small number of new engagements each quarter. I don't pitch on discovery calls — I tell you what I'd do. If we fit, we work together. If not, you walk away with a plan you didn't have an hour ago.

Based in San Antonio.

08 / How we start
How we start

What happens when you book.

No funnel, no drip sequence, no “strategy engagement.” Three steps, and the first one costs you thirty minutes.

01

We talk.

30 minutes, no pitch. I map how you actually work — your week, your team, your numbers, what's eating your time.

02

I tell you straight.

What I'd do, which door it lives behind, and what I wouldn't build. If AI isn't the answer to your problem, I'll say so — and you keep the plan either way.

03

We start light.

Then go as deep as you want. Every engagement can keep going — your AI keeps getting better as your work changes.

10 / FAQ
Questions

Asked and answered.

The things people want to know before they book — answered the way I'd answer them on the call.

The money and the time

What does this cost?

It depends on how deep you go — and you'll know the number on the call, before anything starts. No surprise invoices, no retainer creep. And if I think I'm the wrong spend for where you are, I'll tell you that too.

How much of my time does this take?

Less than the problem is already costing you. Coaching is an hour at a time. A setup is mostly my work — you show up to hand me context and learn to drive it. Team training is a working session, not an offsite. And the whole point of a build is your time back.

What tools do I need to buy?

Usually one AI subscription — twenty to thirty dollars a month, and there's a good chance you already pay for it. I'll tell you which one fits, and just as important, which tools not to buy. I don't sell software, and no vendor pays me.

How fast do I see something real?

First session. We start light and ship something working the same day — a draft in your voice, a brief that reads like you wrote it, a follow-up that actually went out. If nothing is visibly better in the first week, we're doing it wrong.

Will this work for me?

I'm not technical. Is this for me?

You're exactly who this is for. The whole point of this generation of AI is that it works in plain English — if you can explain your business to a person, you can run it. The technical part is my job.

I tried ChatGPT. It didn't stick.

Because out of the box it's a smart intern with amnesia — it doesn't know your business, your voice, or your week. Everything I do is fixing exactly that: context, configuration, and a standing job so it's working before you ask. Once it knows your work, it stops being a toy.

Which AI should I use — Claude, ChatGPT, or Gemini?

The one that fits how you work. I use all three every day and none of them pays me. That's usually the first question we settle, and you'll leave the call with a straight answer.

Do I need to own a business?

No. Half of this work is personal — your writing, your research, your week, whatever's next for you. If you're between chapters, the first door is built for exactly that.

My industry is regulated. Does this still work?

Yes — regulated is where this shines, because accuracy and audit trails stop being optional and start being the spec. I work with insurance and other compliance-heavy operators; anything that touches a rule keeps a human sign-off, by design.

Trust

Is my business information safe?

Right question. Everything gets set up in your accounts, on business-tier settings, and I'll show you exactly what each tool keeps and what it doesn't. Nothing of yours lives on my laptop — and if you want an NDA signed first, I'll sign it before we talk shop.

Is this about replacing my people?

The opposite. The owners winning the next decade aren't cutting their teams — they're making the people they have far more capable. AI takes the busy work; your people keep the judgment calls. Nobody on your staff needs to fear this.

Why you and not an agency?

An agency sells you a team, a deck, and a timeline. You get me — someone who has owned businesses, run franchises, and built the systems for years before AI was the headline. As one client put it: an agency quoted him twenty grand and three months; we built it together in a session.

Am I locked in?

Never. Everything I set up, I document — in your accounts, in plain language, owned by you. If we part ways, it all keeps working Monday morning.

How it works

What actually happens on the discovery call?

Thirty minutes. You talk about your work, I ask questions, and I tell you what I'd do — including whether AI even belongs in the problem you're solving. No pitch, no deck. If we're not a fit, you still leave with a plan you didn't have an hour ago.

Is this a course?

No. Nothing here is recorded lessons or a portal you'll never log into. Everything is live — me and you, or me and your team, working on your real business.

The workshop

When's the next free session?

There's no schedule — on purpose. The whole series is open for waitlists at once, and the session that fills first is the one that gets a date. Its list hears before anyone else. Join the waitlist →
